Can we help you?

How do your sizes run?

We currently have four sizes for babies and toddlers: 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months. A few items are offered as newborn sized. These are items in size 0-6 in yarns and styles designed to suit newborns. If you have any sizing questions, just ask. We are happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.

How fast will I receive my order?

As of January 2013, we are selling our items that we have in stock. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. In the event that you need your items sooner, please contact us before checking out and we will see if we can accommodate you.

How much is shipping?

Everything ships USPS priority. Once your order is finished we will let you know when it is on its way, and you will receive it within 2-3 business days.

We are happy to ship internationally. We suggest that you choose Express Mail which is the only way you will receive a tracking number for international orders. Express Mail for orders up to $1000 is a flat rate of $40. You will receive your order in 6-10 business days but often times much sooner (this varies by country). We are also offering Priority International which is $20. Please Note: Priority International does not gaurantee a tracking number. You may be able to use your customs number as a tracking number but this varies by country. International orders over $1000 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! We do not use wrapping paper. Instead we wrap our products in a beautiful little fabric bundle. Let us know if you want to include a card.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?

All items are made to order, but get in touch, we will see what we can do.

How do I care for my knits?

100 percent merino wool is machine washable. We recommend reshaping and laying flat to dry. Hand washing will always increase the life of your knits. Alpaca is hand washable, lay flat on a towel and roll inside the towel to get rid of extra water. reshape and lay flat to dry.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Misha and Puff items, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of the date of purchase. Returns will be given store credit. Please contact us before you ship anything back if you would like to make a return.
