Since these items are custom made for you, Made to Order items are final sale. There are no cancellationsand no returns.

For orders placed with Partial.ly, please note that there may be a delay in receiving your order confirmation from Misha & Puff. If you received a payment plan confirmation through Partial.ly, we received your order and will send a confirmation order shortly after processing.
Orders are eligible for address changes until shortly before shipping. If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please do so in your Made To Order management page as soon as you can. For a step by step guide of changing your address please go here. An order can not change from Domestic to International shipping.
