Here’s what you need to know for the Made to Order — Fuchsia Collection.

The Made to Order Fuchsia Collection is open to orders from Friday, December 8 @ 9 am EST and closes Monday, December 11 at midnight EST. You can shop this collection only on the Made to Order — Fuchsia Collection page.

Some products may be available for order longer than others throughout the selling window. Since these items are all handmade by our talented network of knitters, we have a capacity for each style. We anticipate hitting our capacity for our most popular products quickly. Once an individual product’s capacity is reached, it will show as “Unavailable.”

Since these items are custom-made for you, all Made to Order items are final sale. There are no cancellations and no returns. All policies are still in effect even if items are delayed.

The anticipated ship date for this item is early Fall. Every attempt is made to honor these dates. This is our best estimate based on current production timelines, and please note: dates are subject to change. We will provide status updates on your Made to Order order throughout the coming months.

Orders are eligible for address changes until your order is in processing at our warehouse. You can make address changes for MTO items via the unique link in your order confirmation email

A Note on Made to Order (MTO) Capacity
Made to Order (MTO) collections don’t necessarily mean “endless supply.” Every piece is handmade, hand-knit, -worked, -sewn, and -pieced. There are so many talented hands involved in the process. Our incredible network of knitters create these pieces, and we have to take their workflow, as well as our production timelines, into account.

While it might sound counter intuitive, certain high-demand MTO styles can, and often will, sell out. If we hit our capacity on a certain style, we will have to close that style. As noted, some products may be available longer than others.

MTO Address Changes
While we do not typically allow address changes, if you need to make an adjustment before your order is scheduled to ship, you can edit your Made to Order order shipping address via the unique link in your order confirmation email. Please follow the instructions in the support article here.

If you are having any trouble making a change to your address, please submit a support ticket here.

Please Note:
We do not support changes to the destination country on a MTO delivery address. Shipping charges and taxes will not be recalculated after you make an edit to your shipping address, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

Made to Order Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Since these items are custom made for you, all Made to Order items are final sale. There are no cancellations and no returns. Please take some time to review our sizing information on the product page.

If there’s a defect with your Made to Order garment, we’ll gladly issue a refund and take the garment back. If we can offer a replacement (and provided you want it), we’ll do our best to make that happen.
