How fast will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped generally within 24-48 hours. At times of higher volume (e.g. holiday and sale) it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. We ship via fedex ground and shipping times vary between 1 and 5 business days. If you need your item sooner please contact us for an express shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Upon checkout, please indicate your shipping address written in English format to avoid shipping issues. Orders with foreign characters could cause shipping delays or even cancelled orders.
Will I be responsive for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside the US?
Yes. Customers with shipping addresses outside the US are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
Refusing to pay duties will not return your package to Misha and Puff and no refunds will be issued. Please be familiar with the duties your country levies on imports, we have no control over those amounts and will not be held liable.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?
We process your order with 24-48 hours of receiving it. If you have not received confirmation that your order has shipped, you may adjust your order. Please contact us via email: email@example.com
Once your order has been shipped, you may exchange or return for store credit.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable?
Misha and Puff DOES NOT accept liability for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. If your package is lost or stolen we will attempt to re-ship you all items from your original order. If any or all items are out of stock you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item or full order amount. Lost or stolen orders are NOT eligible for refund. Since shipping is out of our control, only store credit can be issued for any problematic deliveries.
