Loop is only available in the U.S. and Canada at this time. We cannot accept international submissions or sell internationally.
You’ll pay in the same way as with a new item: our secure checkout. Simply add to cart and proceed through checkout as usual.
Our sellers will fulfill your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 4 days after it is shipped.
You will find actual Misha & Puff customers reselling their items. Items in Loop are sold by a Misha & Puff customer and they will ship directly to you.
You will receive 100% in Misha & Puff store credit or 85% in cash (within 5-7 days via Paypal) when the buyer confirms it arrived in the condition described on your listing. Please note if you are a Canadian seller your final amount will be reflective of the conversion rate.
Log into your Misha & Puff Knitted Together account (create an account if you don’t have one) and click "Sell With Us". Pick the item you want to sell and follow the prompts.
Please provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition, since you will only get store credit when the buyer confirms its condition.
Misha & Puff reviews all resale submissions and has the right to approve or deny listings.
As soon as a customer purchases your item, you will be sent a trackable prepaid shipping label and must send the item within 3 business days. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.
Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest post office. You can also hand it to your mail person!
You can sell any past-season product you previously purchased with us. Once approved, we will place it on Loop for any customer to purchase.
You are welcome to list it at any price. We will recommend a price to you based on the item’s age and condition. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges.
