Creative Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and innovative Creative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various creative projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Brand Director, designers, writers, marketers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand's vision and goals. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of creative projects, as well as liaising with external vendors and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to senior management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in project management software and have a solid understanding of the creative process. A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is highly desirable. This role is currently planned for about 8 hours per week, but may transition to more hours and responsibility.
