A few Made to Order items - the Portfolio Cardigan and the Studio Cardigan - are running late. We stand behind the quality of each garment we make and we need to spend a little more time with these to make them perfect. We estimate those will reach out in early November. If you aren’t sure if these items were part of your order, you can review your order details here.
Since these items are custom made for you, Made to Order items are final sale. There are no cancellationsand no returns.
Orders are eligible for address changes until September 28, 2021. If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please do so in your Made To Order management page before September 28. For a step by step guide of changing your address please go here.
