This collection was photographed at The Gallery Inn in Puerto Rico, a singular place layered with art, history, music, and the spirit of the sea. Tucked within the old city, the inn has been shaped over decades by its owner, a sculptor and artist, whose own story traces back to New England — she left Boston in 1961, carrying with her a painter’s eye for coastal light. In its weathered walls, winding terraces, and stunning courtyards, we found a setting that reflects something familiar: the shared character of coastlines everywhere — sun-washed colors, patina, and the enduring ease of summer by the water.
This season turns toward the New England coast — a reflection on the place we call home, shaped by salt air, shoreline colors, and a long tradition of coastal summers.
Craft remains at the center. Hand-crocheted organic Pima cotton, signature organic Pima cotton staples, and a new airy seersucker bring texture and ease to the season. The palette introduces mostly new hues, with a few familiar colors carried forward. Many silhouettes are newly imagined, alongside select styles drawn from our archive (some first knit by Anna years ago). Vintage references guide the collection throughout, with kindred silhouettes shared between child and adult, and a gathering of thoughtfully crafted accessories completing the season.
Part 1 of the Summer Collection launches Thursday, April 9 at 10 AM ET.
