Entrelac Sea Salt Confetti

I’ve been wanting an adult misha for awhile but it was hard to splurge, I was lucky and jumped on this sale, while I had my eye on the white one, the pink was a good compromise for the price. It’s beautiful, weighty and I’ve already gotten tons of compliments.

I really love this sweater - it makes me feel like I belong on a seacoast homestead in Maine - I'll take the feeling! I am a small/medium top so this sort of sizing is always tricking for me, but I went with the XS/S and it's pretty great! A little tight over my head :) & I wouldn't want the length any shorter but it is perfect with mid/high rise jeans. I have a 29 waist & the bottom hem width sits nicely (but again-wouldn't want it any tighter!). I wouldn't have normally picked this entrelac style but I feel in love with the marine blue color & I'm so happy I was able to indulge in the sale!

The fog has been in the past week and there is a slight chill in the air and this sweater has been the perfect comfy fun piece for this transition time. Like all M&P sweaters it is a great weight and makes happy when I wear it.

I knew I wanted an entrelac sweater the first time I saw the pattern and M&P’s Instagram, but the color options were not what I was looking for, until now! The cotton is soft and the sizing is surprisingly forgiving, even for me at 6 months pregnant. My pre-pregnancy measurements are almost the same as the model which ended up being so helpful in helping me pick the right size; I got this’s sweater in the XS/S because I liked the fitted look on the model even though I usually go for mediums (I have a popcorn crew in medium). This color is so beautiful too — a great neutral with enough pattern in the sweater to make it a perfectly elevated staple.

I have nothing but praise for this exquisite sweater--soft yarn, vivid colors, beautiful craftsmanship. It's just so big and quite heavy. I'm a size large in popcorns, so expected no problem, but this drapes quite a lot in the sleeves and at the bottom and shoulders, so it's a whole lot of sweater. If I could have tried it on in the store I might have opted for small xsmall, but I had no such luxury ordering online, so just had to return it and give up. I'm a 10--if you are a large and like sweaters really oversized, or are an xl, snap it up.
