This is our second crochet skating skirt because it is the MOST VERSATILE piece. It is longer than the skating pond skirt but still includes the shorts underneath so we don’t have to worry about coverage at all. My child insists on a dress everyday and this completely satisfies her need to spin while still being practical. Over a swimsuit or with a ruffle shirt for church or a tee for everyday, it just works!

I'm surprised this skirt didn't get more love. I really like the it has the attached bloomers as well and I find that it is a little longer than the skating pond skirt. Which is nice since my daughter has long legs and things tend to look a little shorter on her. I did feel like this style ran more TTS than the skating pond skirt that has a little more give to it.
