Right of Withdrawal

As an EU customer you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and confirm — we'll send a confirmation to your email and process any eligible refund or return within 14 days.

FINDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER: it's in your order confirmation email (e.g. #1234).

PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL: to withdraw from only some items, list them in the form; leave it blank to withdraw from the whole order.

EXEMPTIONS: some products — for example made-to-order or personalized items — may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU law. We'll let you know if that applies to your order.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: the confirmation email acknowledges that we've received your request. Eligibility and scope are reviewed separately by our team.
